When importing a preset it shows a list of addons from that preset. Import one-by-one or skip what you don't need/want
With "Del All Unused" button from right panel you can delete all unused (not current, not used on any preset) profiles per addon.

Blizzard's Edit Mode supports native strings
Instead of switching profiles one addon at a time, ProfileManager captures your current setup and lets you apply it instantly whenever you want. It works across multiple addons using a provider system, allowing each supported addon to expose its profiles in a unified list.

/pm apply <PresetName> - Apply preset (can be used to switch presets with macros)
/pm save <PresetName> - Save current snapshot into preset (asks for overwrite if <PresetName> exists)
