Updates

• Modified loot roll resolving. Now loot rolls resolve (assign winner) in the order the items appear on the list. Example: item 1 has to resolve before item 2 can be resolved.
• Added additional permissions around Loot Master assignment. Now it can only be assigned by the session leader or current LM.
• Added session setting to toggle how loot count is managed. Options are: Shared (player wide, linked characters), or Per Character. Shared is default and maintains loot count for the player across all their characters.

Bugfix

• Fixed a bug with Ace3 libraries not referencing latest available versions, causing conflicts with other Ace3 dependent addons
• Fixed a bug with the friend check not able to retrieve info on a player in party if they are your Battle.net friend
