Additions

• Added ability to manually edit loot count. The loot count will always sync from the session leader when starting a session, overwriting any player-local changes made. Only the session leader can update loot counts during a running session.

Fixes

• Fixed a bug with loot choices potentially throwing a timeout error by mistake.
• Added additional comm message handling to reduce message delays during loot rolls.
• Bumped toc version
