Shows how many times you can mill. Normal click to open panel showing all millable items.
Milling Browser shows all millable items with how many you have in your inventory. Tooltip shows required level and which expansion its a reagent for. Tooltip also shows possible results when milled. Clicking the item will attempt to mill that item.
