Added checks to browser if user clicks to mill/prospect an item with less then 5 you get a friendly msg.

Addon loaded event now cache's items one time. Before it just looped through intire db some items more then once.

Removed database from main file its now in its own file.
Re-structured database items too enclude metadata.
Item buttons no longer use the items tooltip but instead use a new tooltip created by the addon.
Added a Milling/Prospecting item browser that shows all items.
Added slash commands.

Added all new pics and description to better show the changes made.
