The lockouts frames now shows raids in alphabetical order for better readability across alts.
Fixed raids not counting as a lockout in MoP.

Fixed an error if a player fresh installed this addon while inside an instance.
Added XP percentage of lvl gained while inside dungeon to stats shown at the end and instance log mouseover tooltip.
Made the lockouts frame scrollable if you have a lot of alts with lockouts.
Fixed lockout count to match how MoP works (10 per hour including raids).
