Fixed for new retail patch and potentially future classic.

Version 2.08
Added arena type (2v2/3v3/5v5) and rating changes to the instance log for expansions without teams (MoP+).
Improved a bunch of other stuff with arena log entries.
Fixed some issues with recording rep gains that gave a bonus amount (like account wide MoP unlocks).
Fixed ret paladin auto celestial buff, it chooses melee but can be changed to magical in options (they seem to do about the same dmg for rets?).
Fixed an issue with instance log tooltips not displaying for battlegrounds in retail (lua error due to missing global string).
