All Specs — Alert Positions Now Stay Put Between Updates
Every alert appears at its own height on screen. Until now those heights were fixed, and anyonewho edited them by hand lost the change the next time an update was installed.
You can now set them yourself. Type /npa, open the Visual tab, and each alert in the AlertText & Colors list has a number box beside its text. Higher numbers move that alert up, lowernumbers move it down, and emptying the box puts it back to normal. Your values are saved withthe rest of your settings, so an update no longer resets them, and they travel with profileimport and export.
There is also a new All alerts share one position checkbox above the list. Turn it on andevery alert appears in the same place, exactly where the alert frame is anchored — handy if youkeep a fixed spot on your interface and would rather not track several heights. Only one alertis ever on screen at a time, so nothing overlaps. Your individual heights are remembered whilethe checkbox is on, and turning it back off restores them exactly as they were.
All Specs — Even Spacing, And The Summon Reminder Sits On The Anchor
The gaps between alerts were slightly uneven and the whole group sat a few pixels below thealert frame's centre. Spacing is now even, and the summon reminder — Call Pet, Summon Demon,Raise Ghoul or Summon Water Ele, depending on your class — sits exactly on the frame's anchorpoint, so the alert you react to fastest appears where the frame says it will. Nothing elsemoves by more than eight pixels.
