Your pet died. You didn't notice. Nem: Pet Alerts puts a big, hard-to-miss alert on screen the moment something goes wrong with your pet — dead, CC'd, passive, not attacking, or missing entirely.

Voice priority queue — four tiers (LOW / NORMAL / HIGH / CRITICAL); "PET DEAD" preempts "PET ON PASSIVE", not the other way around. Generic SFX bypass the queue and overlap freely

Heal Pet voice cue note: the visual overlay works in all content. The voice cue is silenced in M+, raid, and rated PvP — no taint-safe boolean "is pet below threshold" exists in those contexts. The clip is bundled and your saved choice is preserved.

Options Panel

Open with /npa or Settings → AddOns → Nem: Pet Alerts. Four tabs: General, Audio, Visual, and Profiles. Per-alert enable, sound, color, and text override. Heal Pet threshold (1–99%), font picker, flash style, and output audio channel. Restore Defaults, test mode, unlock frame, and center position in the button bar.
