An in-game notebook for scribbling down notes, todos, player notes, kill list, etc.
Each character gets their own notebook & there is also a notebook shared among all characters.
Very simple & lightweight. No settings. No features. Just a WoW-style notebook (see screenshot).
You can set a keybinding to open your notebook. I have mine set to K.
You can also open it with /notebook or /nb.
Can't believe this has never been part of the standard interface!

Is it possible to make a global notebook so i can write "send 10 medium leather to hunter"?
Or as an alternative, access to all character notebooks from each character?

Possible, of course, but maybe not what this mod is meant to be. What I was thinking is that maybe I can add an option for the notebook to be global, like you want it. This would also have to merge any character notebooks into one global notebook. There are of course many other ways to do this, like a dropdown box in the top part of the notebook, but I want the notebook to be stupid stupid simple.

That would be fantastic! It would make it globally stupid :D

Btw, as a temporary workaround for you, you can open up the .../World of Warcraft/_classic_/Interface/Addons/Notebook/Notebook.toc file and change this line:

Thanks for superfast reply!
Tested and it works. For me this is enough of a solution if you want the addon to remain as it is :)
This really should be a standard in wow interface! Thank you!
In reply to Forge_User_73775199:
Glad it works for you :)
In reply to Forge_User_73775199:
The feature you wanted has now been incorporated :) Get the update!

Thanks for the improvement!
Hi, this is really useful addon, thank you.
I'm also looking for an option, to add a note attached to any player. So I can click the player and see that note. Do you have this feature? Or do you know any addons that are have it?
In reply to NrgPwnz:
There are many addons for this. TooltipNotes is one. I am considering adding functionality like this to Notebook, but am not sure yet.
In reply to stianhoiland:
awesome, exactly what I need, thanks
