A very small and silly typo broke the whole addon. Fixed.

There is now an additional notebook shared by all characters
Added button to switch between a pretty, fancy font & a boring but much more readable font
Slight improvement to performance, & much better compatibility with other addons
Empty, trailing pages are now automatically deleted
Name of addon in addon list is now just "Notebook"
Fixed interface number in toc (addon is now considered "up to date")
