Description
Notepad
A small notepad that's always there when you need to jot something down.
No bag scanning, no vendor math, no bloat. Just a place to type, that remembers what you wrote.
Features
- Free-form text — click in it and type; there's no character limit beyond what the game itself allows.
- Persistent — your text is saved automatically.
- Per-character — each character keeps its own notes.
- Movable — drag it by its title bar or anywhere on its body while unlocked; it's clamped to your screen edges so it can never get lost off-screen.
- Resizable — grab the bottom-right corner to make it bigger or smaller; the size is remembered too.
- Lockable — lock it in place, fully transparent and out of the way, or unlock it whenever you like.
- Minimap icon — your way back in when the notepad itself is hidden or locked out of sight: left-click to show notepad and start typing, right-click to hide/show, Alt+Right-click to lock/unlock it.
- Click-to-type — click anywhere on the notepad (background, title bar, or text) to start typing straight away, also while its position is locked.
- Discoverable even when empty — a locked, empty notepad stays fully transparent for a clean, minimalist look, but hovering your mouse over it reveals a faint outline and icon so you never lose track of where it is.
Usage
- Left-click the minimap icon to show the notepad and jump straight into typing.
- Right-click the minimap icon to toggle the notepad hidden/shown.
- Alt + Right-click the minimap icon to lock/unlock the notepad.
- Click and drag the notepad (title bar or body) to reposition it while it's unlocked.
- Alt + Right-click and drag anywhere on the notepad to reposition it while it's locked — it unlocks the instant you grab it and locks itself again the moment you let go. Prefer a locked notepad that never moves by accident? Turn this off with
/notepad drag. - Click the small close button on the title bar to hide the notepad without losing your text. It will be there when you open your notepad again.
