Mouse Debugging Tool

Is there a problem with my mouse and/or drivers, or is there something in the WoW UI eating my clicks (WoW bug, addon, etc)?

This addon helps to debug mouse issues by providing an on screen display to show which mouse button presses are being detected by the game.  Simple: 3 red boxes for left button, middle button, right button.  Red is not pressed, green is pressed.
