Do you have low T? 🤨
LowThreat is developed for WoW Forever. It puts a local status icon above hostile enemy nameplates, helping tanks spot loose aggro and DPS and healers see danger before the mob settles on them.
It aims to feel like a native feature: no threat bars, meters, or extra panels to manage—just a clear visual cue where attention already is.
I'll get screenshots the next time I group up in game. I need friends 😆
What it do?
- Shows a shield when threat is clear, swords when threat is building, and a skull when someone needs to react now.
- Watches visible hostile enemies engaged with you or another party or raid member, so unrelated nearby enemies stay quiet.
- Supports Tank, DPS, and role-assigned Auto modes.
- Offers default, role-based, and skull-only icon styles.
- Keeps every icon local. LowThreat does not place raid markers, select targets, cast spells, or communicate with other players.
Who it do?
LowThreat is for tanks watching a pull, DPS trying not to become the pull, and healers who would rather see trouble arriving than meet it face-first. Use it in a party or raid with enemy nameplates enabled.
Enable Open-world diagnostics to show icons while solo, which is useful for testing threat states outside a group.
What them icons do?
| Mode | Shield | Swords | Skull |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tank | You are securely tanking the enemy. | Your threat needs attention, or another member is starting to build threat. | Another member is close to or has the enemy's attention. |
| DPS | You have no threat on the enemy. | You are building threat without tanking the enemy. | You are close to or have the enemy's attention. |
Auto follows the role WoW assigns to you: Tank selects Tank mode, while Damager and Healer select DPS mode. Without an assigned role, Auto uses the last Tank or DPS mode you manually selected.
