Description
🗑️ LootChute
LootChute is a lightweight loot cleanup addon built to do one job well: help you quickly manage unwanted loot without digging through a giant UI overhaul, bag addon, or all-in-one suite.
At the center of LootChute is a simple drag & drop workflow: drag an item straight from your bags onto the rule list for a zone or dungeon, and LootChute remembers what you want done with it there.
Other addons may offer similar cleanup tools somewhere in their settings, but LootChute keeps the workflow front and center with drag & drop rules, per-zone memory, searchable lists, profiles, remote zone editing, and a tiny delete queue HUD.
✨ Features
- 🖱️ Full drag & drop rule setup — drag bag items directly onto the current zone or dungeon list
- 🌍 Per-zone and per-dungeon loot rules
- 🗑️ New rules default to Trash ON
- ⛔ Optional Do Not Pick Up behavior for items you'd rather leave behind
- 🔎 Search large rule lists quickly
- 🗺️ Browse and edit other zones/dungeons from anywhere
- 👤 Multiple profiles with rename, duplicate, import/export, and zone copying
- 🚮 Small repeat-click Delete HUD for queued junk stacks
- 🛡️ Safety protections for valuable soulbound/enchanted gear
- ⚡ Lightweight, focused UI with no unnecessary addon-suite baggage
🎒 Example Workflow
Running Blackrock Depths?
- Open LootChute and select Blackrock Depths (it will be loaded already if inside BRD)
- Drag unwanted drops directly from your bags onto the rule list
- Loot normally so corpses stop sparkling ✨
- Matching junk stacks are added to the small Delete HUD
- Hit Delete as you keep moving 🏇
Your BRD rules are remembered the next time you return, and you can edit them later from town without going back inside.
🔮 Maybe Later
A Disenchanting queue may be coming in a future update, with strict safeguards designed to avoid touching gear you already owned.
LootChute is intentionally small, direct, and built around a fast drag-and-drop loot cleanup workflow instead of hiding the feature inside a much larger addon.
