LibQTip-2.0

LibQTip provides multiple-column, highly-configurable tooltips with an API that allows streamlining appearance tweaks and interactive functionality (ie mouse over to click and send a message).

This is a library for developers to use in building their AddOns; on its own, it does nothing for the end-user.
