• The 'Use simple map frame' setting is disabled by default.
• Fixed a minor issue of a small deadzone with 'Unlock map frame' when 'Allow frame movement' was disabled.

1.60.15 - 7th October 2026

• Added a new setting 'Simple map frame'. If checked, the map frame will look more like classic while still having modern features. It's enabled by default.
• Added a 'Reset map layout' button. If clicked, the map position and scale will be reset to the game default values.
• For 'Show points of interest', travel points of interest are now separate settings and there is now an additional setting if you want to show points of interest belonging to the opposing faction.
• Note that native game controller support in Wow Forever is still in alpha development stage and may cause issues until Blizzard has progressed further along with developing the feature.

• Keep in mind that Blizzard's game controller feature is currently in an alpha stage of development so you may experience issues with it whether you use addons or not.

• The 'Show zone levels' setting now works with Blizzard's native game controller feature. Toggling the 'Show zone levels' setting now requires a UI reload.

• For 'Show points of interest', dungeon levels will now be shown regardless of the 'Show zone levels' setting.
• The 'Use default map' setting has been removed as it's not needed in Forever.
• The 'Disable reading emote' setting has been removed as it's not needed in Forever.
