Overrides a API call that returns the Key level that you have in your bags to instead return a random number.
Whenever an Addon attempts to retrieve the keystone level it will instead call a custom function that gives a random number as a result. this result will populate every following addon using the random number. for example Details keystone manager will not show the original level of the key but instead using the randomly generated number.
