You can build your own timer now. This is the big one.

• new edit mode — /kp edit, or Options > Layout. Grab any part of the timer and drag it wherever you want: the clock, the +2/+3 tiers, the pace panel. Resize them, fade them, line them up your way. Save and it stays put. You can keep separate layouts for tank and healer too
• want more on screen? you can drop extra panels in now — mob count, death log
• or go the other way and rip it all out. Background, border, title bar, the dungeon-name strip, the section cards — kill whatever you don't want. Turn it all off and you're left with just the numbers floating on your screen
• redid the whole first-time setup around this. Puts the live window right next to it so you can actually see what each toggle does as you flip it
• moved every window over to the flat borders — a few of you asked, and the old chunky game frame had to go
• text's white by default now instead of that dim grey
