# KelaWorldCore
**KelaWorldCore** is the shared local runtime used by Kela addons for World of Warcraft: Forever.
It provides a small, local-only foundation for:
- an append-only observation Journal;
- safe event/subscription contracts between Kela modules;
- codec/helpers used by Kela data layers;
- account and per-character SavedVariables owned by the Kela ecosystem.
KelaWorldCore has no gameplay UI of its own and does not send data outside the game. It exists so Kela addons can share a stable local history without duplicating the same persistence layer.
Current consumer: **KelaVendor** (required for Personal Atlas / Journal features).

**KelaWorldCore** — общее локальное ядро аддонов Kela для World of Warcraft: Forever.
Оно предоставляет:
- append-only Journal наблюдений;
- безопасный событийный/подписочный контракт между модулями Kela;
- общие codec/helper-функции для data-layer;
- собственные account/per-character SavedVariables экосистемы Kela.
KelaWorldCore не добавляет отдельный игровой интерфейс и не отправляет данные за пределы игры. Он нужен, чтобы аддоны Kela могли использовать единую надежную локальную историю без дублирования persistence-слоя.
Используется в проектах: **KelaVendor** (обязателен для Личного Атласа / Journal).
