Highlights:

• Roster names now show the same compact green buff-rating hearts as Group Finder rows when a verified class/spec provides relevant non-utility buffs for your current character.
• The existing Group Finder buff-rating setting now controls roster hearts too and refreshes the roster immediately when toggled.
• The Re-Sync button is now hidden in the compact vertical V layout while staying available in the other roster layouts.
• Added deterministic coverage for roster heart rendering and the disabled-setting path.
