Instant Cast Bar

Instant Cast Bar adds a clean, Blizzard-matching cast bar experience for instant spells by displaying their effective global cooldown (GCD) as a short cast-style timeline.

This gives you better visual timing for instant abilities, while keeping the look and feel close to the default UI.
