- Improved tooltip inspect reliability: added controlled retry logic to reduce missed iLevel/GearScore updates on first hover.
- Added inspect request throttling safeguards (pending state + timeout) to prevent duplicate/overlapping inspect calls.
- Fixed Hunter ranged weapon handling (Bow/Gun/Crossbow): Offhand (slot 17) is no longer flagged as missing when a ranged 2H setup is used, and average iLevel divisor is handled correctly.

Fixed iLevel calculation: Empty gear slots are now correctly counted as iLevel 0, preventing players from artificially inflating their average iLevel by unequipping items before inspection.
New toggles:
/ilgs ttinfo on|off — toggles the extra tooltip line (missing slot numbers). (Default: ON)
/ilgs chatinfo on|off — toggles chat output with GS/iLevel + missing slot names. (Default: OFF)
