Description
1.1.6
Forever "secret values" are causing issues when using the addon in a dungeon. Solo works well. This version may help decide if i can fix this. Post results and i will try my best to update
- Delete old version and install new version.
- Setup Smart Track Macro if you haven't already. follow the guided arrows.
- Enter dungeon, out of combat target a mob and in the chat window type /hst test
Right after you types /hst test (inside a dungeon, mob targeted, out of combat):
Hunter Smart Track: Step 1 passed: the game let the addon hand the hidden mob type to the button.
Hunter Smart Track: Now press Track & Mark macro once, and watch for the result here.
Or, if the game refuses straight away:
Hunter Smart Track: RESULT: BLOCKED. The game wouldn’t let the addon hand the mob type to the button.
After you press Track & Mark macro, one of these:
Hunter Smart Track: RESULT: IT WORKS. Tracking switched to Track Undead. Smart track can work in dungeons.
(It names whichever tracking it switched to.)
Hunter Smart Track: RESULT: NO SWITCH. Tracking stayed on Track Humanoids. If that was already the right tracking for this mob, target a different kind of mob and type /hst test again. Otherwise the game blocked it.
Hunter Smart Track: RESULT: BLOCKED. The button didn’t hold the hidden mob type when you pressed it.
One button for hunters: target a mob and Track & Mark switches your tracking to match it (beasts, humanoids, undead and more), then casts Hunter’s Mark. Includes a click-to-build macro maker and a Macro Doctor that finds what’s wrong with any macro.
