Healthstone Auto
One button. Stones for everyone.
Hand out Healthstones with one repeatable button. Target a friendly player, then keep tapping your hotkey or the on-screen button.
The addon handles each step in order, so you spend less time managing bags and trade windows.
How it works
Each press moves you through the handoff:
- No Healthstone? Casts Create Healthstone.
- Ready to share? Opens a trade with your friendly target when they are in trade range.
- Trade window open? Places the Healthstone in the trade slot.
- Stone in place? Accepts your side of the trade and clicks through the trade confirmation popup if one appears.
Once the trade is complete, target the next player and keep tapping.
Your button. Your settings.
Open Game Menu > Options > AddOns > Healthstone Auto, or type /hsa config.
Choose which features to enable:
- Show the on-screen button.
- Create a Healthstone when you have none.
- Place the Healthstone in the trade window.
- Accept your side of the trade automatically.
Set your hotkey
Click the hotkey button, then press the key you want.

Escto clear it. - Keys already assigned to something else are refused, so your existing keybinds stay untouched.
A few things to know
- Shift + drag to move the on-screen button.
- Out of combat only.
- Warlock only. On other classes, the addon stays inactive.
- Each step still needs another button press. Keep tapping until the handoff is complete.
