HardcoreRotation is a rotation helper for WoW Classic Hardcore (Classic Era, 1.15.x), inspired by the retail "one button" assistant.
It shows the spell you should press right now in a big icon, the next three spells after it, and a short reason ("Finisher", "Apply the debuff", "Execute range"...). It is built for leveling, and it puts survival first: when your health drops, the icon turns red and suggests your best way out.
It only suggests. Blizzard does not allow addons to cast spells for you in combat, so you still press the key. HardcoreRotation tells you which one.
Features
- Next spell icon with your keybind and cooldown swipe, plus up to 3 next spells (choose 1, 2 or 3).
- Why this spell: a short reason under the icon. Hover it for the full spell tooltip.
- AoE or single target, automatically: counts the enemies fighting you and switches to AoE spells when there are several. A label shows the current mode. You can force Automatic / Single target / AoE from the menu, with
/hcr mode, or with a keybind. - Action bar glow: the matching button on your bars glows. Works with the default bars, Bartender4, ElvUI, Dominos and other LibActionButton bars.
- Hardcore alerts:
- Red, pulsing: low health. Heals, shields, Evasion, Ice Block, Divine Shield, Vanish, Feign Death, Last Stand, Healing Stream Totem...
- Purple: interrupt the cast (Kick, Pummel, Counterspell, Earth Shock, Bash...).
- Blue: missing buffs, armors, seals, auras, aspects, weapon imbues, and cures for poison or disease.
- All 9 classes, leveling oriented:
- Druids follow their form (cat, bear, caster), warriors their stance.
- The spec is read from your talents.
- Always uses your highest known rank.
- Waiting mode: when nothing is ready, the next attack shows in gray with "Ready in Xs" or "Waiting for resources".
- Languages: English, Português (pt-BR) and Español.

Commands
/hcr: options menu (or right-click the icon when unlocked)/hcr lock//hcr unlock: lock or move the icon/hcr reset: reset the position/hcr mode [auto|single|aoe]: force the target mode (no argument cycles through them)/hcr lang <auto|en|pt|es>: language/hcr debug: shows why each spell is or isn't suggested
Tips
- Turn on enemy nameplates (V). The addon uses them to count nearby enemies for AoE.
- Got a strange suggestion? Type
/hcr debugat that moment and paste the chat lines in a comment. That makes it easy to fix.

Rotations are tuned for leveling and Hardcore safety. If your class plays differently, leave a comment with your class, level and spec.
