Due to the success of GearQuest Forever, I've decided to stop further development of this addon, for now.

Guildie Crafts helps your guild run shared crafting workshops on WoW TBC Anniversary. Create a workshop for a profession and phase, let members place gem or craft orders, and give crafters a clear queue, stock view, and recipe coverage — all guild-only, never shared outside your guild.

What is a workshop?

A workshop is a named room for one profession and one phase (for example TBC Phase 3 · Jewelcrafting or TBC Phase 2 · Jewelcrafting). Guild members join, place orders, and see who can craft what. Leaders and co-leaders manage members, promote crafters, require order approval, and close the shop when a phase is done.

On the Workshop tab, use Select a workshop to join an existing room (grouped by phase), or Create new workshop to start one.

Features

Workshop

• Create or select guild workshops by expansion, phase, and profession
• Member list with leader, co-leader, and crafter roles
• Profession icon in the window portrait
• Leaders and co-leaders: Require order approval from the cog above the tabs (right)

Orders

• Place orders from a form (gear + gems for Jewelcrafting, or a Phase 3 HoD craft for Tailoring / Leatherworking / Blacksmithing)
• Status bands: Needs approval → Ready to craft → In progress → Completed
• Optional approval: managers approve or decline before crafters can pick up; the card shows who approved
• Crafters pick up only recipes they have shared on the Recipes tab; they can Unpick a claimed order back to Ready
• Search the queue by player name, role (Tank / Healer / DPS), or gear name
• Notifications when an order is placed, approved, picked up, or completed (minimap pulse until you open the UI)

Stock

• Track scarce phase materials from bags, the last personal-bank visit, and the guild bank
• Jewelcrafting: epic gems (Pyrestone, Lionseye, and the other TBC epics)
• Tailoring / Leatherworking / Blacksmithing: Heart of Darkness

Recipes

• Scan who in the workshop knows which cuts or crafts
• Pick order uses that list — if nobody has shared a recipe, nobody can pick that order up

Done

• Completed orders for the active workshop, newest first, with who crafted and when

Supported content

TBC Phase 2 (Jewelcrafting only)

Socketed SSC / TK pieces, profession crafts (for example Belt of Blasting), and Tier 5 that are still on Phase 3 BiS lists. Place Order is PVE only. Hyjal / Black Temple / T6 and Season 3 PVP stay on Phase 3 shops. Other professions cannot create a Phase 2 workshop.

TBC Phase 3 (all four professions)

Phase 4 and WOTLK appear as coming soon.

You can also click the minimap button to open or close the window.

Guild sync

Workshop data syncs between guild members who have the addon. Orders, stock, recipes, and membership stay in the guild — nothing is sent outside it. Everyone should stay on a current CurseForge build so copies stay consistent.

Notes

• You must be in a guild to create or join workshops
• Jewelcrafting Place Order lists socketed gear only (so a jeweler can gem it)
• Stock Refresh reads bags plus the last time you opened your personal bank
