New: Raider name tooltip — hover over any raider's name to see their addon version, WoW Audit wishlist boss count, and the date they last ran archon_fetcher.py. Each raider reports their own fetcher date — no need for the GM to have run it locally.

Fix: Addon column showing — for self — your own row now correctly shows your version.

Fix: Addon column showing ? for others — field parsing bug where empty fields caused offset reads; fixed with a proper pipe-split algorithm.
