Complete loot council system for raid guilds powered by real sim data.

### What it does
- **Raiders tab** — Full roster view with class, spec, role, ilvl and tier pieces
- **Loot Council** — Auto-detects loot drops, shows real-time votes with Raidbots DPS gain per raider
- **Configuration** — GM controls which ranks can access the panel

### WoW Audit Integration
Pulls Droptimizer sim data from WoW Audit — when loot drops, the loot master sees exactly how much DPS each raider gains from the item.

### How it works
1. Raiders vote Need/Greed/Transmog/Pass with an optional note
2. Loot master sees rankings sorted by sim DPS gain
3. One click assigns the item and announces in raid chat
4. Full loot history saved and exportable with /ga exportloot

### Languages
English, Spanish, Portuguese. Auto-detects game language.

### Companion Addon
Requires **BuildAdvisor** for profile sharing between raiders.

### Commands
- /ga — Open panel
- /ga authorize — Configure rank access (GM only)
- /ga exportloot — Export loot history
