Fix: Bonus roll no longer interferes with native Blizzard UI. When a boss dropped 5 items and a player used a bonus roll token, the addon was incorrectly treating the token as a 6th loot item and opening a vote panel for it. Bonus roll tokens (which have no equip slot) are now detected and completely ignored — the native Blizzard bonus roll window works normally without any interference from GuildAdvisor.

Fix: START_LOOT_ROLL token filter — items with no equip slot (equipLoc == "") are excluded from the loot council vote system. Only real gear items trigger the vote panel.

New: /ga testbonus — simulate a bonus roll item flowing through the vote system for testing purposes.
