Part of the Ultima Suite — engineered to operate 100% standalone with zero mandatory cross-addon dependencies, while providing seamless inter-addon synergies via UltimaBridge when other suite modules are installed.
Guild Steward replaces World of Warcraft's standard, ephemeral guild log with a persistent, comprehensive audit logging system. It captures vital guild activities that Blizzard's default UI misses (such as level-ups, officer note modifications, rank changes, and bank transactions) and pairs it with a polite, two-step automated recruitment pipeline with intelligent instance protection.

📜 1. Permanent Audit & Activity Log
- Roster Snapshot Diffing: Captures events completely absent from Blizzard's native log:
- Level-Ups: Immediate notification and record whenever a member levels up.
- Note Modifications: Full before-and-after change diffs (
Old ➔ New) for both Public Notes and Officer Notes. - Rank Changes: Detailed logs of promotions and demotions.
- Joins & Departures: Accurately distinguishes voluntary leaves from kicks.
- Blizzard Event Integration: Guild achievements (
CHAT_MSG_GUILD_ACHIEVEMENT) and Guild Bank gold/item transactions. - Filter Pills & Instant Search: Filter by All, Level-Ups, Joins & Leaves, Note Changes, Rank Changes, Achievements, and Guild Bank.
- Exporting: One-click copy of filtered or complete audit logs formatted for Discord or spreadsheets.
⚙️ 2. Polite 2-Step Recruitment Engine & Instance Shield
- Instance Shield (No Disruptions):
- Automatically checks targets against an exhaustive database of all Dungeons, Raids, Delves, Battlegrounds, and Arenas.
- Players currently inside instances are never targeted or messaged.
- Passive scanning automatically suspends when you enter an instance yourself.
- Polite Two-Step Workflow:
- Step 1 (Personalized Whisper): Candidates are contacted via a friendly whisper first (no rude blind invites).
- Step 2 (Response Review & Decision): Incoming candidate replies (
CHAT_MSG_WHISPER) are captured live and displayed with speech bubbles in the addon frame. You decide to invite or decline with a single click.
- Timeout & Auto-Reactivation: Candidates unresponsive after 5 minutes transition to No Reaction. If they reply later, they immediately re-activate with an alert sound.
- Custom Whisper Templates: Supports dynamic placeholders:
{name},{guild},{level},{race}. - Anti-Spam & Cooldowns: Configurable cooldown period (default: 7 days) prevents re-whispering contacted players.

- Interactive Member Directory: Complete roster overview with online status and rank filters.
- Direct Note Editor: Rapid inline editing of Public and Officer notes.

📦 Installation
- Download the latest release.
- Extract into your World of Warcraft AddOns directory:
