Shows the Great Vault from the PvP tab, Mythic Keystone Tab, Keybind, LDB or Minimap icon

Description
Tired of needing to go to Oribos' to view the Great Vault? Great Vault viewer is a simple addon that allows you to view the Great Vault from anywhere via a couple methods.
1) From the PVP window: Just click on the Great Vault icon to open the window
2) From the Mythic Keystone window: Just click on the Great Vault icon to open the window
3) Via keybind: Set a keybind and you can access the Great vault with a click of a button
4) From a Minimap Icon: Just click on the Great Vault icon to open the window
5) From a LDB addon:
Bouns: The Great Vault Window is also added to special frame list so it can be closed by hitting the escape key.
*Note: The addon is mainly for checking the status of earning your rewards. Based on the code for the Great Vault window it looks like you will need to actually go to the Vault to claim any rewards.
