An outline for the health bars, so they stand out in a busy fight.

• Bar outline: the player and target bars now have an outline, and the unfilled part of each bar is a solid dark channel, so they stand out against busy scenes and spell effects. Pick its colour in the bars' Edit Mode settings: Black (the default), or Bronze or Silver to match round or square buttons, each with a dark line around the metal. Untick Outline to get the old look back.
• Restart the game after updating: there are new files, so a /reload isn't enough.
