Portal & Utility Improvements

• Restored the visual radial cooldown wipe on dungeon portal buttons.
• Restored visible portal cooldown countdown text.
• Updated portal cooldown handling for the current WoW cooldown API.
• Improved Random Hearthstone integration with action bars.
• Dragging the GSKP Home Hearthstone now places the Random Hearth macro rather than permanently placing the currently selected Hearthstone toy.
• Random Hearth selection now synchronizes with GSKP's prepared Hearthstone.
• Preserved shapeshift cancellation, cast interruption, and alternate-click Hearthstone behavior.

Character Snapshot Reliability

• Fixed missing character combat statistics in newly recorded activity history.
• Improved safe snapshot caching and recovery.
• Character snapshots now reliably retain primary stat, Crit, Haste, Mastery, Versatility, Leech, Avoidance, Speed, and Dodge.
• Added internal snapshot validation tools and verified the complete capture → activity → history pipeline.
