GameSlayve Adventure Journal is the shared foundation for GameSlayve's adventure, activity, and journal addons.

Rather than having every GameSlayve addon build its own framework, Adventure Journal provides a common home for shared services and allows compatible GameSlayve modules to work together as part of a larger suite.

For players, Adventure Journal is primarily a supporting framework addon. It is designed to run quietly in the background while addons such as GameSlayve Keystone Party provide the player-facing experience.

Its foundation includes support for:

• Shared GameSlayve addon identity
• Module registration
• Common database and journal infrastructure
• Activity-record architecture
• Shared utility services
• Journal/page routing infrastructure
• Communication between compatible GameSlayve modules
• A foundation for future Adventure Journal modules

Why is this installed?

If you installed GameSlayve Keystone Party, Adventure Journal is one of its required components.

The GameSlayve architecture is now separated into specialized pieces:

Adventure Journal
Shared journal and addon framework.

Battle Lab
Combat capture, pull tracking, combat analysis, and finalized combat data.

Keystone Party
The player-facing adventure journal for Mythic+, raids, Delves, rares, PvP, party information, statistics, and related utilities.

This separation allows the underlying systems to grow without duplicating the same infrastructure across every GameSlayve addon.

Does Adventure Journal need configuration?

Normally, no.

Install it, enable it, and allow the GameSlayve addons that depend on it to use its services.

It is intentionally designed to stay out of the way.
