Fritzli’s Quest Tracker Forever

- FIXED - the header buttons and the item column stayed at the old place while the unlocked tracker was dragged, they follow the tracker now
- FIXED - after the tracker was dragged, the client restored its own anchor at login and the expand direction (up / down) was ignored
- CHANGED - expand direction Up / Down: the area of the tracker (Y offset + max. height) stays at its place when the direction is switched, the content fills it from the top or from the bottom; "Y offset" is always the top edge of that area, also with direction Up
- ADDED - the quest header ("Quests (14/40)") stays visible in the header bar while the tracker is scrolled
