How It Works
Forever Boost Blocker monitors incoming chat messages in supported channels and checks them against boosting advertisement detection rules. Messages identified as boosting spam are filtered from your displayed chat.
The addon aims to distinguish advertisements from ordinary player conversations by looking for combinations of boosting terminology and sales-related language.
Filtering is performed locally by the addon. It does not report players, send messages on your behalf, or automatically issue ignore requests.
Getting Started
1. Install Forever Boost Blocker into your "Interface/AddOns/" directory.
2. Launch World of Warcraft: Forever and enable the addon.
3. Click the minimap button to open the settings interface.
4. Enable filtering for Trade and General chat according to your preferences.
5. Enjoy a cleaner chat experience!

Important Notes
- Filtering accuracy depends on the detection rules and the wording used in advertisements.
- Some boosting advertisements may evade detection, while unusual legitimate messages may occasionally be filtered.
- The addon filters supported chat messages locally; it does not prevent players from sending advertisements to the server.
- Guild, Party, Raid, and Whisper conversations are intended to remain unaffected by the default channel-filtering configuration.
