What's new

Firestorm.IO v0.15.2
Regional API dungeon names and native raid metadata

- Fix partial 5/10 discovery when Spanish menu labels differ from API labels.
Use client-returned instance-map IDs, with guarded active challenge-ID fallback
for incomplete private APIs. Preserve name matches and manual binding priority.
- Add La Petrocámara and expose native map IDs / recognition sources in diagnostics.
- Learn local raid and boss names directly from validated journal/encounter IDs;
retrieve portraits without changing the selected journal content.
- Match localized difficulty labels, Spanish statistic wording and native category
context. Keep duplicates, absent values and story/fated-specific stats separate.
- Support native instance/encounter identity for locally observed raid kills,
preserving season, character, difficulty and target GUID checks.
- Make Raid Refresh reload metadata and rescan rather than retaining empty results.
- Bound normalized-name caching and preserve batched discovery limits.
- Add translated diagnostic labels and native unmatched-stat samples
  (410 complete catalog entries).
- 10704 simulated checks pass, including regional names unrelated to menu labels,
all four addon languages, 24 bosses / 96 difficulty statistics, portraits,
late metadata, duplicate rejection, unknown values and bounded caching.

Native Firestorm output still requires in-game verification. Server-unavailable
statistics remain unknown; previously missed run parties/damage are not reconstructed.
No Raider.IO, BigWigs or LittleWigs dependency is introduced; only native game
metadata identifiers are used at runtime.
