What's new

Changelog

6.3.0 (2026-10-18)

New & Improved

  • New Quick buy at vendors option (Quality of Life, General): right-click a vendor item while holding Alt and the "Are you sure you wish to exchange …?" box is skipped. Turn off Only while holding Alt to skip it on every right-click. Covers the currency and non-refundable boxes; an expensive gold item still asks. I have the last laugh, Er'inye.

Bug Fixes

  • With Hide lower item level on, the Catalyst item list now keeps the item you are wearing over a bag item at the same item level.

6.2.1 (2026-10-15)

Bug Fixes

Bags and Bank

  • Fixed high CPU use at the bank and warband bank: the bag upgrade and tag overlays no longer re-check every bank slot twice a second while the bank sits open.

Mounts

  • The mount macro now tries the mount before any outfit toy, so a ready toy can no longer take the click before the mount.

Dashboard

  • Magic Search now highlights the current setting control after its options page is rebuilt.

6.2.0 (2026-10-14)

New & Improved

Veilusion+

  • New Items, Sets, and Outfits pages. Outfits shows your saved Veilusion outfits and Blizzard outfits as 3D preview cards; right-click one to delete it, Shift-right-click to reset its icon.
  • Sets and Outfits use portrait cards with their own Rows setting, separate from Items.
  • Sets are sorted like the native Sets tab (favorites first, then newest expansion). Click the star on a set card to favorite it.
  • Switching between Items, Sets, and Outfits is instant after the first visit, and sets load and page faster.
  • The class you pick in the dashboard carries over to Outfit Studio, and the other way around.
  • The Veilusion button in the dashboard now opens Veilusion+ in Outfit Studio. The first click shows a short notice about the move. The Outfit Studio launcher button reopens the page you were last on.
  • The outfit picker only shows its Veilusion tab and outfits while Veilusion is loaded.

Edit Mode

  • Edit Mode can move Duskwatch's two scenario mini windows, set their width and frame color with opacity, and toggle mouseover fade. Needs Duskwatch 1.4.0.

Bug Fixes

Toys

  • Fixed the toy picker showing toys as unusable before their item data had loaded.
  • Fixed the toy macro not refreshing after the toy's aura appeared or the use delay ended.

Veilusion+

  • Fixed other-class pages going blank when the dashboard and Outfit Studio were both open.
  • Fixed set and outfit cards flickering or showing blank or naked previews when first opened.

Known Issues

Veilusion+

  • Back, chest, and hands cards can twitch briefly as they load.

6.1.3 (2026-10-13)

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed many Lua errors after patch 12.1.5, which removed old item, specialization and spell functions. The Smart Bar, equipment toasts, bag upgrade checks, Tier Set Tracker, Character panel, Pet Summoner and Quality of Life features work again.

6.1.2 (2026-10-13)

New & Improved

  • Updated for patch 12.1.5.

6.1.1 (2026-10-11)

A companion release for Veilusion 2.8.0, which makes the Veilusion+ page much faster.

New & Improved

Veilusion+

  • All Classes opens at once and lists every appearance in the game for a slot, where it used to wait about 8 seconds per slot (the work is now under a tenth of a second, about 99% less).
  • Paging and switching slots is much faster, most of all on your own class with Show: All. A page change costs about 1 ms instead of about 9 ms (roughly 90% less), and one page flip triggers 1 refresh instead of about 28 (roughly 96% fewer).
  • Show: Collected and Uncollected now work in All Classes, using what your whole account has collected.
  • All Classes keeps the game's own order instead of pushing items you cannot wear to the end, and name search checks the whole list, including alternate names.

Bug Fixes

Veilusion+

  • Switching to a slot you have not opened before no longer flashes the previous slot's armor.
  • The paper doll no longer flickers the first time the dashboard or Outfit Studio opens.

6.1.0 (2026-10-10)

Introducing: Weekly Checklist (Beta)! See where every character stands on the weekly quests, keep a to-do list for each one, and check every character's raid and dungeon lockouts, all in one window. It is in beta, so tell me what you would change.

New & Improved

Weekly Checklist (Beta)

  • New Weekly Checklist window, in beta (the scroll icon, /exqweekly, or the new button in the Vault, Leveling, Tier Set and Equipment tracker headers): where every character stands on the weekly metas, Lady Liadrin's quest, dungeon and PvP weeklies, Prey, Delves and the renown weeklies. Search characters and quests, group by activity or zone, fold sections, and hide rows you do not want.
  • The Checklist page has a column per character; the row names stay in place while you scroll sideways, and your own column is tinted.
  • Right-click a cell to put a quest on that character's to-do list. The To-do page shows a card per character; right-click a card's heading to clear just that character.
  • The Lockouts page lists every character's saved raids and dungeons with boss progress and reset timers, tracked or not.
  • Characters are opt-in: use Track Current Character to add the one you are on. An optional toast that asks once per max-level character can be turned on in the settings cog. Right-click a name to pin it to the front or delete it.
  • One Window Width setting sizes every page, and cards stretch to fill it. Cards are as tall as the longest one up to Rows per Card, and a longer card scrolls with the mouse wheel. Your own card sits alone on top with a pulsing border.
  • The settings cog has a background picker and a Visibility Panel (tint color and opacity). Its popup can be moved and remembers where you put it. Daily and weekly reset timers sit in the header.
  • Every setting is searchable from the dashboard search.

Dashboard

  • The tab list scrolls with the mouse wheel when a large font makes it too tall for the window.
  • The dashboard opens faster the first time.
  • Ctrl+MouseWheel and the Window Scale buttons change only the open page's scale while a page has its own size (Duskwatch, Veilusion+). On Global they change the normal scale.

Bug Fixes

Smart Bar

  • The Smart Bar no longer rescans everything after every fight or when you cross into a new sub-zone, only when something changed.
  • The profile, Bar Designer and filter buttons no longer overlap at a large font size.

Dashboard

  • The EXQUISITE+ entries and heading no longer overlap each other at a large font size.
  • The Exquisite title no longer sits under the opacity and scale controls at a large font size.

Menagerie

  • A toy is usable again as soon as you cancel its aura, instead of after you mount.

Known Issues

  • Weekly Checklist is in beta: its quest list, layout and settings may change as it gets tested.

6.0.3 (2026-10-09)

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a lag spike when looting or leaving combat, caused by the new teleport cloak feature.

6.0.2

New & Improved

Quality of Life

  • Teleport cloaks: Shift-click Menagerie's Hearthstone button or its OPie action to equip the best ready teleport cloak, then click again to use it. When every cloak is on cooldown, the icon shows the next one to be ready and its cooldown. Turn the Shift-click off in the hearthstone picker.
  • Your normal cloak is re-equipped after you teleport.

Performance

  • Performance improvements for CPU usage (Smart Bar and Mount Summoner).

Bug Fixes

Mount Summoner

  • Indoors, the mount macro, OPie ring and Menagerie bar show your selected mount dimmed instead of a question mark.

6.0.1 (2026-10-05)

Bug Fixes

  • Unchecking a checkbox no longer leaves a faint checkmark behind.

6.0.0

Introducing: Magic Search and a Rebuilt Edit Mode! Dashboard search got a lot smarter, and Edit Mode has been rebuilt.

Want to try my new objective tracker? Download Duskwatch from CurseForge (it requires Exquisite).

New & Improved

Edit Mode

  • Rebuilt: drag the labeled frames to move them, click one for its own panel (position, size, show or hide, reset), and use Cancel to undo everything since you opened it.
  • Covers the tracker buttons, cast bar, Status Bar, rest icon, Smart Bar, Spell Bar, drop toasts, free-floating button, Menagerie bar, and NightVend+ button. Frames snap to a grid or to each other, and arrow keys nudge the selected one.
  • The Status Bar panel includes its everyday settings in collapsible sections.
  • Every frame can be found in dashboard search; clicking the result opens Edit Mode with that frame selected.
  • Cancel and Discard are red, Reset All asks first, and More Settings is a cog at the top of each panel.
  • Dropdowns with long lists have a search box and scroll with the mouse wheel.
  • A Neon toggle gives Edit Mode's panels and frame outlines bright borders.
  • Equipment Tracker Toasts shows a box you can drag (it used to show the real toast, which opened the tracker when clicked), with Size, how long the level-up toast stays, which toasts show, and buttons to preview each one.
  • The Leveling and Vault buttons have their other button options (mouseover only, Blizzard XP icon) here, and the Leveling, Vault and Vault Ready buttons have a cog that opens the tracker's settings.

Search

  • Checkbox and slider results include a working control, so you can change the setting from the results. Hovering a result shows its description and image.
  • Results are grouped under tab headers (click one to collapse it), best matches first. Sub-tabs such as the Extras pages are searchable too.
  • Searching "new" lists everything new in the current release in one group.

Dashboard

  • A new Customize Modules button in the dashboard header, left of Enable Modules, lets you choose per module whether its icon shows in the header row, the launcher menu, or both.

Leveling Tracker

  • Opt in to Compact Mode to scroll extra columns sideways (drag the bar or Shift + mouse wheel) while Name, Level, XP, Rested and enabled Partner columns stay visible.
  • The settings popup has a title, a close button, Table / Button / Tooltip and Toasts / Font sections, and a hover hint on every setting.

Vault and Warband Trackers

  • Settings section headings have a thin accent line, like the Leveling Tracker's.

Equipment Tracker

  • At the bank, "Transfer starred items" moves gear you starred out of the Warband bank and puts gear your other characters starred into it.
  • On the Send Mail tab, "Mail starred gear to <character>" fills in the mail and attaches their starred gear. You click Send.
  • The starred-gear reminder lists what each character needs to do (deposit or withdraw, and for whom). Clicking it opens the tracker instead of clearing every star.
  • The level-up toast shows the tracker's icon.

Tier Set Tracker

  • Its toasts can be moved in Edit Mode.

Great Vault and Catalyst

  • Quality of Life has a Great Vault sub-tab holding the quick-confirm crystal, reward markers and tier set glow.
  • Great Vault filters: dim rewards by slot, or keep only upgrades or new appearances. When every reward is dimmed, the Collect button for Tokens of Merit (and optionally Voidcore) glows. Right-click the vault crystal for a quick filter panel, or add a settings cog to the vault window.
  • Great Vault reward markers show what each reward is good for (an upgrade, a new appearance, or a Catalyst tier look you do not have yet). Tier set pieces get a rainbow border with a glowing trail (on by default).
  • Catalyst: the list of eligible items shows each item's level (green when free) and marks items that give a new tier appearance. You can hide lower item level gear and previous-season gear, optionally keeping pieces that give a new appearance.

Smart Bar

  • Show loot count (on by default) shows how many of a loot item, like a pouch, you have left.
  • Smart Bar, Lust Bar and Spell Bar buttons use Exquisite's standard border. The old bright edge is available as "Neon button borders".

Status Bar

  • The settings window is split into Texture, Bar, Overlays and Info pages, so it is much narrower. It has a live preview of the bar (height, texture, colors, gradient, sparkle dust and shooting stars) at 25, 50, 75 or 100% full, remembers where you put it, and stays above Edit Mode. Settings have hover hints.
  • Reputation: track the watched faction or any faction you know (Info settings, and its Edit Mode panel).
  • "Hide the bar at max level" option for Experience.
  • Blend across the full bar: a gradient option where the color shifts toward the end color as the bar fills. The bar color picker can set the gradient end color.
  • Star speed and Star rate sliders (Bar page) slow the shooting stars down or show fewer. Shooting stars now stay inside the bar.
  • Right-clicking the bar opens its settings in Edit Mode, Shift + right-click opens the full settings window, and Ctrl + right-click opens the quick menu. Hovering the bar shows these hints.
  • Tile texture moved to the Texture page, under a new Texture Options heading. When picking a texture turns it on or off (some textures tile by default), the checkbox pulses and a short note says so.

Menagerie

  • Menagerie bar: Scale, Background opacity, Fade until mouseover (with Faded opacity) and Lock position in its Edit Mode panel. A padlock flashes when you try to drag a locked bar.
  • Preview any hearthstone on your outfit with the play arrow in the hearthstone picker, without choosing it. It plays the cast, any hat it gives you, and the finish. A gold arrow marks hearthstones with effects that only show in game; a gray one, those with no preview effect. Hearthstones you have not collected are listed dimmed at the bottom.
  • The outfit model zooms out further (mouse wheel), so large effects fit.

Look and Feel

  • The update popup shows how many bug fixes a release has and opens the Updates tab for the list, instead of listing every fix.
  • The Updates sub-tabs show a short summary of each major version when you hover them.
  • The Updates tab reads like these notes: each release opens with its headline and highlights, then New & Improved, Bug Fixes and Known Issues, with each area as a heading and its lines as bullets.
  • Page tabs (Smart Bar, Lust Bar, Spell Bar and the others) brighten with a faint underline when you hover them.
  • Texture pickers fill their whole box instead of leaving empty space at the bottom.
  • The last Blizzard-style checkboxes (Character tab, Rest Icon options, Warband backup reminder) now use the Exquisite checkbox.
  • Split stack: the Exquisite dialog uses Exquisite buttons, title and accent colors. With EllesmereUI, the Half and Max buttons on the Blizzard-style dialog match its skin.
  • Exquisite Colors: a class icon in the title bar sets the color to your class color, and the Hex box shows all six characters at larger fonts.
  • Theme: Neon checkbox border (also squares off the color swatches) and Checkbox fill make checkboxes brighter. Checkmarks show their picked color at full brightness.
  • Settings labels use one capitalization style, sentence case for settings and Title Case for titles, headings and buttons.
  • Font pickers have a "Game font" choice that follows the game's own font (the right one for your client language, or whatever a font addon sets). It is the default for new installs.
  • Text that always showed the game font (toasts, the Tier Set Tracker and Leveling Tracker windows, Voidcore, the Vault button badge and more) now follows your font choice.
  • Smart Bar Filters, Voidcore, the item split window and the Pet Summoner icon browsers use Exquisite's panel style. "Use blizzard style panels" on the Theme tab brings back the old look.

NightVend+

  • The bag button joins Exquisite 6.0's Edit Mode, so you can move, resize, show or hide, and reset it there. The Edit Mode panel has its bag button and sparkle settings.
  • Bag glow slider (0 to 100, default 0) keeps a glow in the bag's color on at that strength, and hovering adds more. The hover glow follows the bag's color.
  • The bag look, sparkles and window color follow Exquisite's theme scope (account-wide, character or profile).

Veilusion+

  • The paper doll's Reset button uses the game's sharper arrow icon in your accent color.

Removed

  • EllesmereUI party portraits: EllesmereUI now has its own (Raid Frames, Party tab, Portrait), so Exquisite's version was removed. Turn on EllesmereUI's to keep a portrait.

Bug Fixes

  • Font picker: fonts no longer show as blank rows the first time the list opens.
  • Status Bar: turning on Tile texture could leave the fill drawn only partway, and a tiled bar could go back to a stretched texture after gaining XP or reputation.
  • EllesmereUI: 3D party portraits fade with AutoHideUI again.
  • Dashboard: hovering any checkbox's label shows its hint (only over the text), and gear popouts have your accent-colored border instead of white.
  • NEW badges sit after the setting's name instead of on top of it.
  • The free-floating and minimap crystals glow inside their own edges on hover, like the Great Vault crystal.
  • Class icons are the same size and centered in the Leveling, Vault, Warband and Tier Set trackers and the Color Picker.
  • Smart Bar: some bags showed twice (a container listing crests among its contents also counted as a crest bundle).
  • Smart Bar: Housing Decor items on NightVend's sell or destroy list no longer appear when Show Housing Decor is enabled.
  • The Great Vault Quick Confirm crystal sparkles when a reward is selected, and the Catalyst Quick Confirm crystal always appears the first time you open the Catalyst.
  • Tier Set Tracker: the "Dropped into your bags" toast ignores last season's gear and no longer repeats when you sort your bags or move an item between the bank, mail or a vendor and your bags.
  • Menagerie: toy and hearthstone icons in macros, the bar and the OPie ring show the real icon instead of a question mark, and the toy quick action knows which toy it will use.
  • Bag Upgrades and the Character Pane keep a Fury Warrior's off-hand upgrade while spec data is still loading.
  • Warband Tracker buttons follow Button Font Color and your custom font like every other Exquisite button.
  • Warband Tracker friend sync stops sending when a friend goes offline, preventing repeated "No player named" messages.
  • A "C stack overflow" when opening the dashboard after switching theme profiles and visiting companion pages like NightVend.
  • Edit Mode panels widen to fit long labels instead of cutting them off.
  • Custom Font panels open in front of their tracker window instead of behind it.
  • Slider fills stay in step with the slider after a settings page is rebuilt (switching profile or applying a preset).
  • The Enable Modules, Customize Modules and Edit Mode tooltips show above Veilusion's paper doll instead of behind it.
  • Veilusion+: the transmog outfit picker button and edit buttons hide when the transmog window closes.
  • Settings that need another one on are dimmed and locked until it is: the Great Vault tier set glow, reward filters and ignored slots (need Great Vault reward markers), and the Smart Bar quest item proximity and opacity sliders.
