Tooltips that follow your cursor, with class, reaction and reputation colors, pet owners, Rare/Elite/Boss tags, Target, Targeted by and Cast by lines, centered text and optional IDs. Almost everything can be toggled on/off. Works in every language.

Fixes
- Health bar: on narrow tooltips (e.g. a pet with a short name), the health text could be as wide as the bar, or wider. The tooltip now widens just enough to keep the text inside the bar, with a little space at each end. Wider tooltips are unchanged.
