ElmoDungeonLoot

A standalone dungeon loot and quest journal for WoW Classic Era 1.15.9 and Forever 1.60.1, continuing ClassicDungeon.

Choose a dungeon from the scrollable dropdown. Two independently scrolling panels show the loot and quests relevant to that dungeon.

Boss loot

• Encounter name and recorded level, followed by its specific drops.
• Item name, required level, numeric statistics and whether the character can currently use it.
• Shared trash drops separated from encounter drops; recipes, pets and quest items retained where recorded.
• Native WoW item tooltips on mouseover. Shift-click inserts an item or quest link into an open chat edit box.
• Live client item data replaces the bundled fallback values as it loads.

This is a journal, not an equipment upgrade scorer.

Search by name, stats, armour and slot

Combine any number of conditions; every condition must match. Use commas, spaces, AND, semicolons or & as separators. Use | for alternatives within armour types or slots.

Examples:

• ring|trinket|neck
• armor >= 40, req <= 25

Supported comparison operators include >, >=, <, <=, = and !=. Clear restores the list; the ? button lists supported filters. Invalid expressions show an inline explanation.

Dungeon quests and chains

Quests are filtered for your faction, race and class, including quests not yet accepted. Entries show the giver or starting item/object, map-percentage coordinates where known, and quest-log/completion/prerequisite status. Expand a chain to see earlier steps and their own givers. Alternative and cumulative prerequisites remain distinct.

Separate client catalogues

The Classic Era package contains 26 dungeons. Forever has a separate 35-dungeon snapshot, including Hall of Thanes, with 1,434 recorded items and 636 quests including prerequisites. Era loot is not silently substituted for Forever data.

The Forever loot snapshot was collected on 2026-10-18, with source observations through 2026-10-03. It includes incomplete/datamined information, not a guarantee of current server drops. Five dungeon tables are still absent from that source: Alcaz Prison, Blackmaw Hold, The Drowned City, Krol'dok Stronghold and Shaper's Terrace. Missing drops, levels and coordinates remain explicitly unrecorded. Source provenance and licences are included in the package.

Install and commands

Choose classic (Interface 11509) or forever (Interface 16001). Extract ElmoDungeonLoot into that client's Interface/AddOns directory and restart WoW. No external loot or quest addon is required.

• /elmodungeonloot or /edl: open the journal.
• /cdungeon reset: centre the window.
• Drag the title bar to move it; Escape closes it. Position and dungeon selection are saved per character.
