DoorMat is a cross-realm player housing directory that lets you browse, rate, and visit other players' homes directly from inside WoW — no spreadsheets, no Discord pings, no copying Plot IDs by hand.

DoorMat maintains a shared, live directory of player homes. Owners publish their house with a status, a name, and an optional description. Visitors browse the directory, rate homes they visit, and teleport directly using Blizzard's secure housing action — all without leaving the game.

━━━━━━━━━━ 📋 PUBLISHING YOUR HOME ━━━━━━━━━━

Open the DoorMat window and create a listing for your home with:

✅ A custom house name

✅ An optional description

✅ A status: Open, Work in Progress, Touring (hosting a tour), Party (event in progress), or Closed

✅ Alliance or Horde faction label

✅ Your active Neighborhood Endeavor and progress

Listings sync to other DoorMat users in your group, guild, and BattleNet friend list automatically. The directory updates in real time as owners change their status.

━━━━━━━━ 🔍 BROWSING AND VISITING ━━━━━━━━━

The listing browser shows all published homes DoorMat has discovered, with filtering by status, faction, endeavor, and more. Each listing card shows the house name, owner, neighborhood, status, rating, and description.

To visit: click the View House button on any listing. DoorMat resolves the house visit token automatically using your social connections (group, guild, BattleNet friends) and opens the home using Blizzard's native secure housing action — the same one the House Finder uses.

Rate any home you visit on a 1-5 scale. Ratings sync across all DoorMat users and accumulate over time. The Spotlight panel highlights the most popular home in the current directory, rotating hourly when multiple homes are tied.

DoorMat syncs listing data across social relationships:
