DoorBell

Doorbell brings your home to life by automatically playing a customizable doorbell sound and greeting visitors when they enter your house. Perfect for players who want their home to feel alive, welcoming, and uniquely their own.

(Add-on requires both the Home-Owner and Guest(s) to have Doorbell or GuestBook)

When another player enters your home, Doorbell will:

• Play your selected in game sound effect
• Announce a customizable welcome message in /yell
• Optional visual screen flash
• Respect a per player cooldown to prevent repeated triggers

Additonally, if players are in your home when you enter:

• Play your selected in game sound effect
• Announce a customizable "Intruders!" message in /yell

Doorbell only activates inside your own house and will not trigger in other players' homes, open world zones, dungeons, or raids.

Settings:

Use the slash command:

/dbell

or the clickable icon in the Housing Toolbar.

This opens the Doorbell settings window where you can:

• Enable or disable the addon
• Set the delay in seconds before the doorbell triggers
• Customize the welcome message
• Customize the intruder message
• Enable/disable screen flash
• Choose your preferred doorbell sound
• Test Welcome and/or Intruder messages
