When a supported visitor steps inside, DoorBell rolls out your version of the welcome mat:

• ⏳ Keep it civilized. Set a greeting delay and per-visitor cooldown, because walking through the doorway six times should not earn someone a private concert.

And when YOU come home to find company already inside?

🚨 DoorBell can scan for guests already present and fire a separate Intruder Alert, complete with its own sound and message.

Sound previews play audio only, so you can audition your options without shouting at the neighborhood. You do not need to be inside your house to browse and preview sounds.

Choose from eight complete color themes:

Feeling festive? Cozy? Heroic? Like Halloween is a year-round commitment?

There's a palette for that. 🎃

These themes coordinate the whole interface, including backgrounds, text, buttons, input fields, and toggles. Live palette swatches help you pick your look, and changes apply instantly.

Adjust the window scale from 75% to 125%, with automatic fitting for smaller screens and a centering button for those moments when your window has wandered off on its own adventure.

Your window position, scale, and last-opened tab are remembered. Settings also remain accessible while DoorBell is paused.

Automatic arrival greetings work with visitors who have DoorBell or GuestBook installed, with no additional DoorBell-specific setup required on their end.

Automatic alerts operate only while you're inside your own house. No dungeon doorbells. No raid greetings. No announcing strangers in someone else's living room.

DoorSpeak is not required. DoorBell has its own keys. 🔑
