Flashes your screen red when Defile is cast on you.

4.0 broke many defile alarm type addons (probably due to changes in the SPELL_CAST_START combat message). This addon should work in 4.0, although it is very simplistic (it will not work when Defile is on The Lich King's tank) and currently untested.
