Description
Is this craft worth it?
Craft Profit adds a small panel next to your profession window that answers in gold: profit or loss.
On the crafting page
Pick a recipe and see:
- What the item sells for, at the quality you'll actually get (including concentration).
- Minus the 5% auction house cut.
- Minus what your materials are worth.
- = Profit (green) or Loss (red).
On crafting orders
Open an order and see:
- The commission you receive, after the consortium cut.
- Minus only the materials you supply. What the customer provides isn't counted.
- Plus the value of sellable patron rewards.
- = Profit or Loss.
Prices
Uses TradeSkillMaster or Auctionator; you need one of them. Vendor-sold materials (vials, thread…) use the vendor price. Materials without any price are flagged in red.
Options
Click the gear on the panel or type /craftprofit:
- Show on the crafting page and/or on crafting orders
- Lock the panel, change its size, reset its position (drag it to move)
- Show amounts down to gold, silver or copper
- Choose the price addon: Automatic, TSM only or Auctionator only
- Choose TSM price types for materials and crafted items: market value, lowest auction, historical or region average
- Vendor prices and the auction house cut on or off
Good to know
- Materials you don't have yet are marked "missing", and the cheapest quality is assumed.
- For recipes that make a varying amount, the average is used.
