CompanionCollection (CoCo)

A cleaner, more visual way to browse your Mounts, Battle- and Hunter pets in World of Warcraft.

CompanionCollection is an alternative collection browser focused on the actual 3D models of your companions.

Instead of browsing mostly through icons, CoCo presents your Mounts, Battle Pets and, when playing a Hunter, your Hunter Pets in a customizable 3D gallery.

3D Collection Gallery

Browse your collections through their actual 3D models.

Different grid layouts and adjustable model sizes allow you to customize how much of your collection is visible at once.

Collected, uncollected, favorite and wished-for companions can be visually distinguished directly inside the gallery.

The models can also be rotated, moved and zoomed freely.

Search, Filters, Sorting & Markings

CompanionCollection provides a shared system for organizing all collection tabs.

Searches and filters can be combined to narrow down the gallery, while several sorting methods and additional priorities help keep large collections organized.

Companions can be marked as Favorites, added to a Wishlist or hidden from the normal gallery.

Wishlist entries can automatically become favorites when the corresponding companion is collected.

Bulk marking also makes it possible to apply or remove markings from the entire currently filtered selection at once.

Mounts

The Mounts tab displays both collected and missing mounts using their full 3D models.

Collected mounts also include an action icon that can be used to summon them or place them on an action bar.

Battle Pets

Battle Pets are displayed by species using their 3D models and can additionally be organized by their pet-related information.

If several copies of the same Battle Pet are owned, CompanionCollection displays each individual pet separately through its own action icon.

Individual copies can therefore have their own favorite status while the main model still represents the species as a whole.

Hunter Pets

Hunters receive an additional Companions tab that is only visible on Hunter characters.

It provides a visual overview of both active and stabled Hunter pets, including their 3D models and relevant information such as family and level.

Active pets can receive special sorting priority and can optionally be separated from stabled pets onto their own pages.

The currently summoned Hunter pet is highlighted directly in the gallery.

Hunter pets also use the same favorites, hiding, searching, filtering and sorting systems as the other collection tabs.

Creature ID Wishlist

Untamed creatures can be added manually to the Hunter collection using their Creature ID.

These entries behave like normal wishlist entries and are stored inside the selected profile.

When the creature is later tamed, CompanionCollection can automatically convert the wishlist entry into a favorite.

Where available, the addon also attempts to resolve additional creature information such as its name and family.

Profiles

CompanionCollection includes its own profile system.

The permanent Account profile can be supplemented with additional custom profiles, allowing different characters or setups to use their own settings, favorites and wishlists.

New profiles inherit the configuration of the currently selected profile.

Profiles can also be renamed, reset or deleted.

Collection Progress

A customizable progress bar provides a quick overview of the current collection.

For Mounts and Battle Pets, the displayed progress adapts to the currently filtered selection.

For Hunter pets, the progress bar instead focuses on the remaining capacity of the Hunter stable and active pet slots.

The bar supports custom colors, class colors and additional appearance options.

Quality of Life

CompanionCollection also includes several smaller features designed to make browsing large collections more comfortable, including:
