Transmit blocked message via addon communication.

On the Asian clients including zhCN and zhTW (not sure for Korean), profanity filter will cause the total message discarded, instead of repacling words like 'fxxk' with noise chars like '%&$'.

The right way:

[ala]: fxxk u blz.           >>          [ala]: &^*% u blz.

But for chinese clients:

[ala]: fxxk u blz.           >>            nothing happens. no message printed.

This addon is designed to sove this problem. It will display the discarded messages after a moment about 0.5 second.

中文客户端中，当消息里出现敏感词，游戏不会将其替换为乱码而是直接不显示整条消息。

该插件在一小段等待（0.5秒）之后，显示被服务器屏蔽的消息。
