Bag and bank upgrade arrows are back! Had to deep-six them in Retail; they were too much trouble. They're rebuilt so they don't ghost onto the wrong slots or cause lag. Green is an upgrade, yellow is a slight upgrade, and orange is an upgrade you can't use yet. On by default. Turn them off in Options > Filtering. Works with the default bags and with Baganator.

New option: show item levels on gear icons in your bags, bank, and character pane. It's off by default. Turn it on in Options > Filtering. Baganator uses its own item levels in bags and bank, so I didn't include those when Baganator is active. If you use the default bags and bank frames, you'll get item levels. they'll always be there on the character pane.
