- New: Upgrade Found popup. When new gear lands in your bags and it's an upgrade, a window offers to swap it in. It shows the new item next to what you have equipped, what changes, and how big the upgrade is. Equip it, Hide it, or Cancel.

- Hide uses the same hidden list as the Upgrade Panel, so you can bring items back from Hidden Upgrades. Canceled items come back in the next popup.

- The popup stays out of your way: it waits for combat to end, and for quest, vendor, auction house, trade, mail, bank, and loot windows to close. It also waits while your Character window is open.

- Items you bring back from Hidden Upgrades (Show button) get the popup too. Turn that off with "Show popup for un-hidden items" in Options > Filtering. The popup waits until you close Hidden Upgrades.

- Fixed the Hidden Upgrades, AH Scanner, and Help windows blocking your movement keys while open. They now only grab ESC.

- The popup uses the same upgrade minimum % as the Upgrade Panel (Options > Filtering). On by default; turn it off in Options > Filtering. `/cgf popup` opens it any time.
