Fixed

• Fixed significant frame freezes occurring on every quest objective update (mob kill, item collect, etc.) — the Zone Completion Panel was rebuilding its entire quest database on every update event, now throttled to run at most once per second
• Fixed frame freezes when hovering over items in bags or bank — the quest database was being fully re-parsed on every tooltip, now cached once per session
• Fixed IsQuestFlaggedCompleted nil error in NPC tooltip enrichment on TBC Anniversary client

Technical

• Quest database string parsing (loadstring) now occurs once per session and is shared across all systems that need it
• QUEST_LOG_UPDATE handling in both the quest list and zone completion panel is now throttled to prevent rapid-fire rebuilds during combat
